Coffee Cottage, SS15 Subang Jaya

With so many new cafes mushrooming in every nook and cranny of Klang Valley, cafe owners has been squeezing their brain juice & putting their innovative ideas & creativity into good use in order to make their cafe stand out. Coffee Cottage in SS15 Subang Jaya too, has something that would make animal lovers delight...
Located at the first floor at the busy street of SS15 (facing the market, same row as Flat White Cafe), Coffee Cottage, like any other cafes, has a cosy interior with its unfinished cement floor, brick red walls, black wooden furnitures and comfy sofa combination.
& like any other cafe, Coffee Cottage has a healthy range of caffeinated beverages..
as well as yummy, mouth-watering sweet treats...
 Creme Brulee RM7 & Picollo Latte RM8
Cappuccino RM10

Soooo, that's it?

Read on!

At the end of the cafe, there's another room separated with glass walls & a double door, where customers who have ordered one (1) cup of coffee & sanitized their hand with the hand sanitizer is allowed to enter...

With bean bags laying around, shelving units, scratching post, teasers, soft toys...wait what?
Coffee Cottage is currently homing 8 adorable cats in its premises, with each of them having a unique name.
You can feel free to pat them, and play with them using the teasers/toys. But let me assure you, you'll be the one entertaining them instead of them entertaining you...
*Continues sleeping anyway*
Cat caught red-handed scratching its bottoms. Whoops. Someone looks grumpy.

 *scratch scratch scratch*
"Jeezz...if you didn't want to scratch my skin for an hour then don't scratch it at all!"
*Falls asleep grumpily*
Still my favourite cat heheh
Yes, you are allowed to bring your coffee into the cat zone. Just inform the friendly barista and they will serve it to you inside the cat zone. Be careful not to let the cats to take a sip out of your coffee though! Therefore it is compulsory for each customers to sanitize their hand before and after entering the cat zone to ensure cleanliness. The cafe was really clean and does not reek at all! All cats are toilet-trained, and have clean & smooth fur.

We arrived at Coffee Cottage at 5pm and spent almost 2 hours there entertaining the cats. The cats seems to be more lively when the clock struck 7pm, as expected of a nocturnal animal. From 5-7 most of them were just sleeping, or are too lazy to even play with the teaser. So I'd really recommend one to visit at night.
And I shall end this post with CSI: Cat Scene Investigation :)
