Hop Hop Cafe, SS18 Subang Jaya [CLOSED]

With so many new cafes popping up in every nook and cranny of Klang Valley, one have to stand out in order to grab the attention of customers. There's cat cafes, cotton candy coffee, unique breakfast sets...and now...Rabbit Cafe!
Just opened a week ago, Hop Hop Cafe is tucked in the less travelled shoplots area of SS18.
It was a Friday night when Guan Ren and I decided to pay a visit to Hop Hop Cafe. We were greeted by the staffs with smiles , despite them being busy entertaining the high turnover rate of customers.
The interior was fairly simple, with greyish-black walls, and unfinished cements floor, paired up with black metal chairs and simple wooden table
The cafe is split into two segments, separated by a transparent glass wall and in this room, is where the highlight of the cafe lies.
Bunnies!
And of course, patrons are allowed to pet the bunnies :)

However, there are a few rules to comply to (Eg: no bringing food into the bunnies zone, do not pick up the rabbit etc.)

Hand sanitizers are provided for patrons outside of this room to ensure cleanliness :)
Drinks menu- I exceeded my caffeine quota that day so we didn't order any coffee.
But the friendly cashier recommended us some tea, which goes very well with the food we order.
Food menu.
Pastas is only available between 11am-2pm and 6pm-9pm.
Pearl of the Orient RM10
A pot of tea can be shared and refilled. Hop Hop Cafe do not serve sky juice, only mineral water (RM2.50) is available.
The cashier was right- it does go very well with cheesy food. Now I know what to order whenever I opt for food rich with cheese and cream :)
Macaroni and Cheese RM11
Macaroni cooked with cream sauce and ham, topped with generous amount of cheese.
G.E.N.E.R.O.U.S. *mouth waters*
The Mac n Cheese was okay. Perhaps a little more cream and a pinch of salt and pepper will make it more memorable. Nevertheless, the portion was just nice for one to devour.
Dog Bowl RM10
French Fries topped with bolognese sauce and cheese. If you refer to the menu (pic above), there's another dish called the cat bowl. The Cat Bowl is just like the Dog Bowl, but Cat Bowl has cream sauce instead of bolognese sauce.
The fries were deep fried to golden perfection. Cheese, fries and sauce are always super addictive and we enjoyed this dish a lot. Wished if there were more bolognese sauce though as it is a little too dry as we finish the bowl.

Fury friends would be delighted to pay this place a visit- this place is dog friendly so bring your furry friends along!

And, this month's profit from Hop Hop Cafe will go to Best Friend Animal Sanctuary :)
