It's A Grind Coffee House, SS15

Another new coffee house addition to SS15! Located at the same row as Big Chomp Burger/Flat White Cafe (directly opposite Asia Cafe) parking there can be a nuisance so I had a few failed attempt to visit this place with Guan Ren until one day I had 2 hours to kill in college so I decided to check it out :P
It's A Grind originated from the USA, and the branch here in Malaysia is actually their first international outlet!
The interior was kept minimal & simple. Cemented floors, white-washed walls, teak wood tables, blue cushioned chair. The sound of light jazz music playing in the background emits a relaxing & soothing vibe. Lighting was sufficient for one to just sit back and read a book :)
A wide range of drinks are available, much to my delight. From the usual suspect Hot/Cold Cappuccino, Americano, Latte, to their "special" drinks such as Irish Creme, Nutty Hazelnut & so on. And you get to choose your own size of drinks desired :) Really US-Franchise-y (Refer to mainstream US Franchise Coffee Shop)

A range of ready-made pastries & cakes were available. The pastries will be heated up upon request in their oven !
For the ravenous ones, who thinks that pastries & cakes wouldn't be suffice to curb their hunger pangs, you can also opt for a dish of pasta or even a pizza! :)

Wasn't really in the mood for any food so I went for my usual cup of coffee!
Cappuccino RM8 (Small)
The cappuccino has a body which was somewhat similar to ..US Franchise Coffee Shop's Coffee. Star *ahem* bucks *ahem*. It's not bad, but not exactly outstanding either. A little too foamy on my opinion, perhaps. Arabica beans were used, and I could detect a subtle aromatic nutty taste. The cappuccino was topped with a dust of cocoa powder to give it a slight chocolate-y finish.

Coffee Machine.

Overall, I'd say that It's A Grind Coffee House is...somewhat very similar to the US Franchise Coffee House in Malaysia. But I guess I'd be coming back, to read a book or have a study session there as the environment was really relaxing & peaceful. The staffs are really friendly too :) They made sure I was comfortable with my coffee & they were really polite too!
