Le French Wrap, Publika, Solaris Dutamas

"I'm hungry...."

A sentence that I often blurt out whenever the clock strikes 3.

"Do you want an ice-cream potong? The artisan pops thingy is good I heard," Guan Ren said

"nonononononono! I've exceeded my sugar limit today T_T. Dieeettt!" said me, giving a typical girls' respond.

Often times, Guan Ren and I actually, I think it's only me lol? will get hungry around mid afternoon, as both of us are small eaters & usually have a small lunch. We'd always go for tea together. Our choice of snack often consists of sweet delights, such as waffles, cakes or ice-creams which leaves us feeling guilty at the end of the day.

So I got hungry before we hit the road back home from Publika. We walked around searching for some snacks that is ahem, perhaps ahem, healthier and we came across to this little stall in front of B.I.G. Independent Grocer
We curiously walked towards the stall and we were greeted by two friendly caucasian who were busy making crepes at that time. One of them introduced himself and asked if it was our first time. We nodded and he introduced the menu to us enthusiastically.
There's two types of crepe filling available, that is savoury & sweet. Besides that, you get to DIY your own crepe if the combination above doesn't suit your palate :D
Various sets are available throughout the day with a affordable price too! :D
Guan Ren & I both agreed to have the savoury crepe instead of the sweet ones. We placed our order and sat at the tall table & chair that was situated just next to a florist, hence the lovely view & fragrance of flowers was prevalent :D
La Lady in Tokyo RM15
French crepe rolled & stuffed with Grilled Chicken, Cherry Tomato, Lettuce & spread with a layer of Wasabi Mayo sauce
The crepe was soft & warm. It is a softer & unsweetened version of a pancake, and had a distinctive taste which was really delicious!
Loved the tangy & spicy wasabi mayo sauce, it goes very well with the tender grilled chicken. The fillings, were just nice, not to say bursting with fillings nor stingy with it, but just nice for us to keep our elegance while eating the wrap, like a French haha.

Overall Rating: 8/10
Healthy, filling & satisfying. Finally a tea time snack that leaves us feeling guilt-free. =D
