Seven Cups, Empire Damansara

"I'm going to drive you somewhere...and it's going to be a surprise!"

That's what I told Guan Ren when we were having our pancakes at Sunway Giza's Paddington Garden.

To be honest I'm really bad at surprises. After we got on the car, I requested to use the GPS as I wasn't confident of driving there. -_-

Trying my best to keep the destination a secret, I told Guan Ren to set "Texas BBQ" as our destination.

Mana tahu, waze directed us to the wrong building, which was still under construction. LOL.

"Uhh, ahaha, erm, surprise! The surprise is soo mysterious, I purposely drive to the wrong location to stir up the suspense!"

Guan Ren gave me his signature not-buying-that-lie face so I'm forced to tell him the secret location- Empire Damansara

It was such a pain driving there. To cut the story short, we made a few wrong turns, accidentally went on the highway heading towards Kepong, drove around TTDI outskirts, overshot the parking entrance abcdefghijkl.

And FINALLY, arrived at our destination.
Seven Cups
Step into the cafe, you'll feel as if you are entering another dimension, or another country.
The clean-cut interior of Seven Cups - Sky Blue Wall to calm your senses, pinewood furniture for the artistic touch. Spacious and serene, Seven Cups is perfect to clear your mind, de-clutter your mind, take a step back, sip a cuppa, and relax.

The menu was simple- black coffee or white coffee & cakes. The true definition of a coffee shop.
 White Coffee RM9
 Espresso RM7
Is the coffee worth the drive? Yep. No further elaboration needed.

The main reason why I wanted to visit Empire Damansara is as below. A picture speaks a thousand words. So there's approximately 8,000 words below. Enjoy!

Brick walls, tall black metal gates- somehow reminds me of Hogwards @ Harry Potter

*Empire Damansara is still under construction, and there's actually two different buildings so please do take note while driving there or you'll end up like us. Most of the shop lots are still vacant, but it's definitely a place worth visiting. Seven Cups is located behind Texas BBQ Chicken. Set it as your destination if you're heading there via GPS, don't set Empire Damansara as your destination.
